WWW Wednesdays (28 December 2022)! What are you reading this week? #WWWWednesdays

Welcome to this week’s WWW Wednesday!

WWW Wednesday is a meme hosted by Sam at Taking on a World of Words, the revamped take on of the meme hosted by MizB at A Daily Rhythm. It’s open for anyone to join in and is a great way to share what you’ve been reading!

The Three Ws are:

  • What are you currently reading?
  • What did you recently finish reading?
  • What do you think you’ll read next?

What am I currently reading?

I’m continuing with #OperationNetgalley (more about that on Friday). I’ve had this one on the shelf for *mumbles* 7 years. But as they say, better late than never!! Here’s the blurb:

I have a gardener’s inherent belief in the natural order of things. Soft-petalled flowers that go to seed. The resolute passage of the seasons. Swallows that fly thousands of miles to follow the eternal summer.

Children who don’t die before their parents.

A community in shock
When Rosie Anderson disappears, the idyllic village where she lived will never be the same again.

A family torn apart
Rosie was beautiful, kind and gentle. She came from a loving family and had her whole life ahead of her. Who could possibly want to harm her? And why?

A keeper of secrets
Kate is a friend of the family. She’s convinced the police are missing something, and she’s certain someone in the village knows more than they’re letting on. As the investigation deepens, so does Kate’s obsession with solving the mystery of what happened to Rosie.

If you loved I let You Go, The Girl on the Train and The Lovely Bones, lose yourself in this captivating, unputdownable psychological thriller that everyone is talking about.

What have I recently finished reading?

I finished Holly Seddon’s debut Wednesday evening – I’ll be reviewing it in the new year but I really enjoyed this complex thriller.

As promised last week, I made a start on my blog tour reads for January by diving into So Pretty. What a dark read from Ronnie Turner! I’ll be reviewing it on 9 January!

What am I reading next?!?

My next blog tour read looks to be a slightly light hearted murder mystery. I’ll be reviewing it as part of the blog tour on 15 January.

So guys, what have you been reading??
