This is the month that was…..

So that’s April 2018 done and dusted, has Spring sprung? Who knows!! I just wish the weather would make up its mind what it was going to do…

Anyhow! At the beginning of the month, there was cause for celebration; #AKnightsReads was nominated in the  Best Newcomer category in the Annual Blogger Bash Awards. I’m not going to the ceremony itself but I’ll be watching live on Facebook! Whether I’m placed or not, it’s an honour to have been nominated when my little blog is less than 3 months old!

I have also been featured in the Behind the Blogger over at Compulsive Readers so thank you to Tracy for asking me! You can read what I have to say here!

What have I read?

11 books. That’s quite good for me! I’ve already posted three of the reviews and the rest will be coming up over the next month or so!  Have you read any?  What did you think? Let me know!!

What have I posted?

Well April started as a quiet month for blog tours for me with only just two booked in. But that increased to five!  There’s also been the usual reviews, a very exciting sneaky peak of Angela Marsons’ Dying Truth and a fabulous guest post from C.S. Duffy! If you’ve missed any of the posts, you can catch up by clicking on the links below.

What am I planning on reading?

These are the books that so far I have the cover for….there is one more where the naughty publisher is keeping the cover a closely guarded secret!

Yes that’s another non-crime book I’m planning on reading. The hubby went on a corporate day last year and ended up sitting next to Judy Murray during lunch.  All attendees got a copy of her book and it is coming towards the start of the tennis season so why not?

What’s coming up?

A few dates in the diary on the blog tour front with six coming up. Only five have had their covers unleashed on the world so far!

But I’ll still have other reviews for you and we’ll see if there is anything to celebrate in the 19th when the awards are announced! If not, there is always football and a Royal Wedding to enjoy!
